By accessing or using mAIstro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use mAIstro.

You agree not to misuse mAIstro — including generating unlawful, infringing or harmful content, attempting to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineering it.

You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload or generate.

You retain ownership of the content you create with mAIstro. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the service.

mAIstro, including its software, design and trademarks, remains our property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond use of the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mAIstro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
